"This is NOT a One and Done. Schedule 15 minutes each month to reach out to your congressional offices so that next year when you visit, they know who you are and what matters to you."

The United Fresh Washington Conference provides you and our industry colleagues the opportunity to deliver a powerful message to help shape decisions made in Washington that directly impact your business. Don’t leave our industry’s future in someone else’s hands.

Advocacy is not a one and done! I challenge you to schedule 15 minutes each month to reach out to your congressional offices so that next year when you walk into your congressional meetings during the Washington Conference, they know who you are and what matters to you.

There are many ways to build relationships, check out the for ideas, reach out to your Representatives’ district staff and set up a meeting with the Member of Congress the next recess or invite them to come to your business to show them what you do. 15 minutes a month will make a huge difference!
